Advancing Research and Innovation in Business, Finance, and Banking

The Journal of Business & Banking (JBB) cordially invites researchers, academics, practitioners, and scholars worldwide to submit original and high-quality manuscripts for publication in its upcoming issues.

Published by the Research Center and Community Services, Universitas Hayam Wuruk Perbanas, Surabaya, Indonesia, JBB provides an academic platform for disseminating innovative research, critical perspectives, and scholarly contributions that advance knowledge and practices in business, management, finance, and banking.

JBB welcomes original research articles and review articles covering a broad range of topics, including but not limited to:

• Financial Management: Corporate finance, investment decisions, financial behavior, risk management, and financial performance.

• Marketing Management: Digital marketing, consumer behavior, brand management, customer engagement, and marketing innovation.

• Human Resource Management: Employee performance, organizational behavior, leadership, talent management, and workplace transformation.

• Strategic and Operations Management: Business strategy, organizational innovation, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage.

• Entrepreneurship: Entrepreneurial orientation, business innovation, startup development, and MSME performance.

• Banking Operations and Ethics: Banking performance, financial institutions, corporate governance, banking risk, and ethical practices.

• Islamic Business and Banking: Islamic finance, Sharia banking, Islamic financial institutions, and ethical business practices.

• Financial Technology and Digital Business: FinTech innovation, digital banking, financial inclusion, artificial intelligence in business, and digital transformation.

JBB particularly encourages manuscripts that offer strong theoretical contributions, rigorous methodological approaches, relevant empirical findings, and practical implications for contemporary business and banking challenges.

Authors are invited to submit original manuscripts that have not been previously published or submitted simultaneously to another journal.

All submissions undergo an initial editorial screening and a double-blind peer review process to ensure academic quality, originality, methodological rigor, and relevance to the journal's scope.

Manuscripts must comply with the journal's author guidelines, formatting requirements, and publication ethics policies.
